Licences and Approvals
The Colosseum Gold & Rare Earths Project, located in San Bernardino County, California, US comprises three (3) Patented Claims and a further 80 Unpatented Claims.
Vested Mining Rights
Colosseum Rare Earths Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dateline Resources Limited, holds the Mining Rights for the Colosseum Project.
In February 2023, San Bernardino County officially certified pre-existing vested rights to access and extract mineral resources at the Colosseum mine. The County recorded and issued the Certificate of Land Use Compliance (CLUC).
A review of the land use records noted that historic mining use was customarily and lawfully recognized and a permitted use by right. As such, mineral resource development and related activities within the scope of the vested right shall not require a mining County Use Permit.
Approved Plan of Operation
Dateline, through its subsidiaries, has an approved Plan of Operation (PoO) for the Colosseum Project. The PoO has been confirmed by the US Department of the Interior and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM).
The approved Plan of Operation sets out the operating parameters for the operation of mining activities at Colosseum.
Operating Licences and Permits
As part of the vested Mining Rights and approved Plan of Operation, Dateline, through its subsidiaries, has been granted a number of operating licences and permits related to the operation of the project.
Dateline intends to operate the Colosseum Project to a high standard and will comply with all reporting requirements for the licences and permits.
